1985 DX7 Mk1 in absolute mint, “collectors” condition.  Includes Grey Matter Response E! add-on board and ultra-rare backlit display.  In perfect working and cosmetic condition with ALL accessories, including:

• 80’s Calzone ATA flight case in mint condition itself, with brand-new foam lining
• All original standard Yamaha accessories in excellent condition:  volume pedal, sustain pedal, wire music rack, original factory Volume 3 and 4 ROM cartridges, 2 Yamaha RAM cartridges
• Other goodies: original Yamaha Breath Controller, barely used; Bo Tomlyn’s Best of the USA ROM cartridge (2 banks), a dust cover, and even 2 factory audio cassettes on the DX7 – never opened!
• All original documentation, including Grey Matter Response E! documentation (rare).  The E1 board provides 10 onboard banks of 32 patches. Couple that 2 one of the 2-bank cartridges and that gives you 384 DX7 patches at your fingertips

I am the original owner of this since 1985.  Never gigged, and lived in the case almost the entire life.  Yes, I’m asking a lot for this, but in the past 15+ years I have never seen another DX7 for sale with this extensive collection of valuable add-ons and accessories, let alone in this condition.  You can’t even buy a case like this anymore.  If you are a serious collector of vintage synths and need a pristine and unique example of this iconic instrument in your collection, then this is for you. I am not in a hurry to sell this.  I am willing to wait for the right, serious buyer.
