The Ibanez PT-5 Guitar Multi-Processor is a vintage multi-effects unit from the late 1980s and early 1990s, often praised for its "hybrid" design that combines analog distortion with digital time-based effects.
Bought this one brand new in 1993 as a quickie pedalboard alternative for solo gigs - the analog Tube Screamer and compression circuits are warm and fat, and the digital effects parameters are easy to tweak. Have brought it out occasionally for recording as well. Otherwise, it's been sitting on a shelf in my studio the last 20 years or so. It's still in very good condition and everything is working as it should. Includes original OEM power adapter. The silver mic case in the photos is NOT included.
