I'm selling my original Victory V30 Countess MKI. I purchased it in late 2014 or early 2015 and it was my main amplifier for about a year. After I got my Kemper, I didn't use amps much. I lived in a New York City apartment and although the low power settings work great, direct recording and versatility of the new digital world just made making music in the middle of the night much easier.

The amp has never been gigged. I had it in a studio rack briefly and in the process lost one of the small, flat-black machine screws for the cover. It doesn't affect the amp in any way, but I made sure to show it in one of the photos.

The footswitch works fine, but I noticed a long time ago that I would plug it in and it might not work. Then I'd mess with the cable and it would be fine. It wasn't intermittent, but it does mean that the wire should probably be changed. I always intended to buy a new cable and replace it, I just never got around to it. You can also opt to replace it with a standard latching aftermarket footswitch, but the original looks cooler. They aren't expensive from Victory if you want to get a full kn replacement instead of repairing this one.

I love all of my Victory amps. I'm proud to be a Victory artist and if things were different, I'd keep them all. But after breaking my wrist in December, the surgery required has left me unable to work full time as I recover from nerve damage that limits my hand usage as well as prevents me from playing guitar.

The amp has its original tubes, but it sounds fantastic as most of its life has been ornamental. Retubing is up to you. Victory sells kits to make it simple.

I love the sound of this amp. I personally love the gain of the MKI. I tried this amp out after seeing Guthrie demo it in a clinic for Victory and was floored. But what really blew me away was the clean sound. Gorgeous clean!

If you know what this is, buy it and enjoy it. Again, I do not have a return policy. I am NOT a dealer, I'm an independent musician with bills. That's what Reverb was originally started for. So we could sell our gear to like-minded people. This money will go to Chase and Citibank, and whoever else, as soon as it hits my checking account.  When I buy something used, if I don't like it, I resell it. Reverb has become like eBay and with all the actual retailers using it, buyers get this false sense of having the opportunity to buy stuff and just send it back if they don't like it. That may work for dealers, that's not how it works with private sellers.

You will not have any surprises. Buyer's remorse is real, but it's not my problem. I've experienced it, but I wouldn't dream of asking the person to take it back because I was excited when I clicked the "BUY NOW" button.

***I'm shocked by what shipping costs these days. USPS, FedEx, UPS, It makes no difference anymore. It's expensive. I wish I were zZounds or Musician's Friend, but I'm not. And nothing is "free". $60 with free shipping or $50 plus $10 shipping are the same thing.

I hope this doesn't put you off, but I'd rather avoid unnecessary drama after the fact. Thank you for your understanding.
