Every legend leaves tracks.
Deep in the backwoods of Michigan, they say the Dogman returns every year ending in 7. Since 1887, stories have echoed through logging camps, dark highways, lake towns, and pine forests — a towering wolf-like beast with glowing eyes, massive claws, and a howl that sounds almost human. Most people hear the stories and laugh.
Until they hear something moving in the trees.
The EL Jefe Guitars Dogman 2027 LTD. Prototype was built for players who live loud, play harder, and don’t give a damn about polished perfection. This guitar looks like it survived a fight with the beast itself. Heavy relic work exposes raw wood beneath scorched black and tobacco finishes, while the custom full-moon pickguard features the Michigan Dogman stalking across a blood-orange moonlit sky.
This is not a clean-room collector piece.
This is outlaw folklore turned into a weapon.
The Dogman 2027 LTD. Prototype delivers snarling bite, haunting cleans, and aggressive growl through a trio of vintage-voiced Alnico single-coil pickups that can go from swamp blues and outlaw country to garage rock, punk, classic rock, and full moon chaos with ease. The pearlized “full moon” knobs tie the entire theme together, giving the controls a ghostly glow against the dark relic finish.
Every inch of this guitar was designed with attitude:
burned edges, road-worn scars, moonlit visuals, and a neck plate marking this as a prototype for the upcoming 2027 limited release.
Because legends deserve more than another copycat guitar.
They deserve their own monster.
