This is quite the rare bass we have in our midst. It's a 1984 BC Rich Neck Through NJ Series Bass. These were made in Japan and have excellent quality. It appears all original and in fully functioning order. Its not a museum piece by any means but still a great bass that will fit into any collection.
Its hard to find this version that had both the neck through and moser electronic circuits. This is very similar to the Nikki Sixx models that came out slightly later but has the older headstock and no body binding.
The neck is straight and the truss rod fully functioning. Frets show very little wear for the age. Great action and extremely playable. The body does have a few dings and dents as pictured. Very typical of pointy guitars, but does not appear to have any full breaks or repairs. Some buckle rash and various light dings and dents as well.
All electronics appear original and are in fully functioning order. Lots of variety with an active boost, coil taps and in and out of phase along with the varitone switch.
Freshly setup and ready to go.
Comes with the original hard case as well although its missing one latch.
