One of the more popular offerings from HomeBrew, the Power Screamer is an overdrive based on the JRC4558 op amp, a famed and common circuit. However, there's more tweaking to be had by way of its 3-way toggle switch which allows for diode switching within the circuit. And that's not all--there's also a second footswitch to activate another 10db of clean boost for those extra beefy tones. Oh, the versatility!! Ranging from tube screamer all the way to gritty, on-the-edge-of-fuzz-breakup overdrive, this unique and somewhat rare drive pedal can do just about anything you desire in a drive pedal.
