Up for sale is this vintage 1979 Peavey T-60 electric guitar. We recently had a few of these come in and this one, an early example of the model featuring the "Patent Pending" headstock logo, is a cool one...

This instrument is all original and is in very nice condition for its age. There is some wear, including some small dings, scuffs, and scratches but nothing major. The original hardware shows wear and pitting but has held up nicely over the years. There is a small, tight pickguard crack coming off of the bass side of the neck pickup. Our tech has just gone over this one by cleaning it up, spraying out the electronics, polishing the frets, installing a fresh set of strings, and performing a set up. It plays nicely with comfortable, low action all the way up the neck. The original frets do show wear and divoting but still retain plenty of life. He did note that there was some fret buzz here and there if you're heavy-handed but that there is plenty of room to adjust for your playing style. That being said, nothing frets or chokes out with the current set up and it's a whole lot of fun to play.

The original plastic molded Peavey hardshell case is included and is in good condition for its age. All of the latches and hinges are present and work as they should, but the handle has been replaced. A few of the case feet have also busted through the plastic (a very, very common issue on these) but, other than that, it's good to go. The instrument will be well-packed inside and out to ensure safe shipping.
