Squier MODIFIED Affinity Stratocaster, HS, MII (Used)

This Squier Affinity Stratocaster has been modified from its original configuration and is now an HS pickup layout. You get an Indonesian-made double-cutaway body with a bolt-on maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard. The fingerboard features 21 medium-jumbo frets and black dot inlays. The modified pickup configuration includes a single humbucker in the bridge position and a single single-coil in the neck position. The middle pickup has been removed. Controls include a 3-way selector switch, master volume, and master tone. The tremolo bridge allows for subtle pitch effects.

Plug it in and the Hamer bridge humbucker delivers thick, noise-free output for rock and heavier styles. The Fender Noiseless neck single-coil provides bright, clear tones for cleaner playing. The modified configuration eliminates the traditional Strat quack positions but adds simplicity and focus. The middle position has a unique twang that works perfectly for country or blues. This is a unique, player-modified Stratocaster for those who want something different from a standard Affinity.
