This is a lovely 1965 Epiphone Texan FT79, with a passive K&K pickup installed.

It was recently set up and has low action and plays great, with a full and balanced tone. It has been nicely worn over the decades with a really nice patina and play wear and superficial top coat checking, as is common with these older acoustics. There is a back crack which was professionally repaired and cleated and the top has a nick on the lower bout. There is a fair amount of fret wear, but it plays beautifully with low action and clear, full notes. The K&K works well and sounds great for performance and for recording.

Comes with a nice newer hardshell case.
