This most definitely a relic of early-2000s emulation and a piece of gear I have recorded through more times than I thought would! It was really used by major metal and rock bassists in the studio (such as P.O.D., Marilyn Manson, Stone Temple Pilots, etc.). MIDI-controllable, it offers a A LOT of different tones that can be used with a speaker, direct as it has cabinet simulation, or connected to an audio interface for recording — or all of the above! It includes digital and analog outputs, balanced and unbalanced connections, inserts, and even a digital clock and headphone output. Additionally, it can also be used as a re-amp box for bass or guitar. The little box that could!
