Boss OD-20 "Drive Zone" Overdrive/Distortion pedal. Built in 2002 so it has some wear, scuffs, scratches e.t.c. but works perfectly and sounds great. Runs on AA batteries or 9v adapter (not included).
It's a versatile digital multi-mode distortion/overdrive pedal from Boss (part of their COSM — Composite Object Sound Modeling — series), released in the mid-2000s. It aims to emulate a wide variety of classic and modern distortion tones in one unit.
