2003 Taylor K12 Grand Concert acoustic guitar w/ LR Baggs Lyric microphone pickup installed. Sounds great through a PA or acoustic amp, especially when played finger style!
Small, comfortable body, beautifully figured Koa back and sides w/ Sitka Spruce top. Great finger style guitar but does a fine job with flat picking as well. In excellent condition and plays like butter. Recently set up. Very little play wear. A small ding (less than 1/8”) on the lower bout bass side and some imperfections at the top of the headstock as pictured. Some very minor, almost unnoticeable surface scratches on the body. Back and sides are near mint and amazing to look at! See pictures for all the wonderful aesthetics. This is truly a beautiful guitar.
Solid tone woods, solid mahogany neck, ebony fretboard and headstock overlay, ebony bridge pins, mother of pearl inlays on fretboard and headstock, tortoise binding, abalone rosette and top binding, upgraded Gotoh 510 21:1 gold tuners with black knobs.
Includes original Taylor hardshell case, truss rod adjustment tool, and an extra clear tear drop pickguard if buyer wants the original look with the protection of a pickguard.
*This is a right handed conversion as noted by the bridge pin angle, fret markers on the treble side of the neck, and poorly filled strap pin hole on the bass side of the neck. It was professionally done, including a new nut and saddle slot and saddle. Well-intonated and only the most discerning people would ever know this was converted.
