1991 Gibson Les Paul Custom in very good condition. This guitar features the desirable and less commonly seen Honeyburst finish. It has been well maintained and shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with age, including light surface marks and minor finish wear, but no major damage or structural issues. Neck is straight, frets are in very good shape with plenty of life remaining, and the instrument plays cleanly across the fretboard.
It features classic Les Paul Custom appointments including bound body and neck, ebony fingerboard, block inlays and gold hardware.
Electronics featured are a pair of Seymour Duncan "Pearly Gates" humbucking pickups designed to replicate the "PAF" tone of Billy Gibbons’ 1959 Les Paul. They offer a slightly hotter output than standard vintage pickups. Renowned for a gritty, "Texas tone" with an airy top end, they are ideal for blues, classic rock, and hot-rodded country. All original hardware and parts are included with this guitar.
A great example of an early 1990s Gibson Les Paul Custom with excellent playability, strong tone, and vintage appeal.
