For sale is a great looking Shure 55s that sounds and functions great. Another big thing to note is this microphone has a full frequency response, which is not too common. Many on the market and ones I have received almost always either have a dead capsule or one that has virtually zero bass. I have owned a few that functioned well, but this one sounds excellent. It was certainly well taken care of with the chrome possessing that original shine.

Cosmetically, this microphone is not perfect, with wear and tear that comes with it being well over 50 years old so please inspect all the images. Besides that, the impedance switch works perfectly, and it is currently set to M for use with modern interfaces. The grille cloth inside is new and a black felt material that is less prone to damage, and is not going to fall apart like a foam alternative. Besides that you will receive an adapter cable that is relatively short, which works great since you simply connect your existing XLR cable.
