Spruce top, Cypress back & sides
It has a very powerful, resonant, clearly defined sound. The long scale promotes the sustain and projection which are immediately noticeable and addictive with a little more richness than typical flamenco guitars. It's in excellent condition with no cracks or repairs. There are minor usage scratches and dings. It's not clear why, but the bridge appears to have been cleanly replaced or moved sometime in the past.
One realizes why Gerundino's guitars were sought after and used by players like Tomatito, Paco Pena, Vicente Amigo, and many others.
