This trumpet appears to be a Holton trumpet that was customer-stenciled for another brand (Kelton). There is little to no information available for Kelton. The best information I could find is that this is from the early 1900s. It is fully functional, but could probably use having the pistons cleaned. It appears to be a collectible, rare trumpet. I don't play, but I can get some nice, clean tones out of it. I can play "When the Saints Come Marching In" on it. This may be a very valuable collectible for someone who wants to follow up. I got it at an estate sale, and I don't know any more about it than that.
