This is a custom version of the pedal that evolved from the BJF Electronics "Honey Bee Overdrive"!

Mad Professor is a Finnish handmade brand featuring Bjorn Juhi, the charismatic former builder of BJF Electronics. Currently, BJF pedals are so popular that they command premium prices in the market due to their superior sound. This pedal is a remake of Juhi's own "Honey Bee Overdrive," and boasts a sound described as "Dumble-like." Even when distorted, the original tone remains, resulting in a clear and well-defined sound image with direct response. This particular pedal is part of a limited-production official modified series, modified in Finland by the builder who also produces HW models. It is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use.
