Vintage Charvel Model-1A3S in Red Finish made in Japan in 1986 with original hard shell case. This guitar features a solid basswood body, maple neck and maple fingerboard with a pointed headstock. Upgraded with a set of Seymour Duncan YJM single coils in the neck, middle and bridge positions. Controlled by 1 volume, 2 tone pots and a 5-Way blade switch. The 25.5" scale length neck has black dot inlays and 22 jumbo frets on a compound 12"-16" radius with a speed neck profile. The hardware is comprised of black Jackson sealed diecast tuning machines with cloche heads, a graphite nut, a Charvel traditional 3-Spring fulcrum tremolo bridge with upgraded brass trem claw/ screw with silent springs and black top hat knobs with a 3 ply black on white pickguard.
This guitar is in overall very good condition for its age with moderate signs of play. It has scuffs, scratches, some light dings and finish wear. (See pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
