Everything works great, comes with original ac power adapter. Tubing not included since you wouldn't want mine anyways. I have it if you need a demo. New tubes are $20-25 on reverb or amazon. These are great since it is self powered and has a gain and tone knob. The old ones went after your guitar amp and before your guitar speaker. Works great on guitar or go old school on keyboards. A great keyboard patch to use is just the default setup patch on a microkorg and then adjust the vibrato rate.
