Beautiful old 4/4 violin German bow. GERMANY stamped on the bottom side. I cant make out the name on the side as there is to much wear in that area to do so for me. The bow is a very nice playing bow with a wonderful tonal quality and fine handling. This is not a cheap German bow it is a fine bow if the name was legible it would be considerably more. The stick is made from fine dark red-brown pernambuco, in shape, and beautifully finished. The frog is ebony with silver mountings. The button is ebony with silver cap and ebony ring. In very good condition and ready for professional use. The hair looks good and is ready to play. he bow measures 29 inches in length and weighs 59 grams.
