Vintage Sigma Martin DM-3 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar 1980s Korea w/Padded Case DM-8 1985

Up for sale is a vintage Sigma by Martin DM-3 dreadnought acoustic guitar, complete with a genuine Martin & Co. padded softshell case and a fresh set of D’Addario 80/20 Bronze strings. 

Features

Condition

This guitar is in very good used condition with normal wear and signs of aging you would expect for a 40 year old guitar. The top features a light finish crack that is strictly cosmetic and does not affect the tone or sustain. (See picture. The crack runs from the bridge to the binding) The structural integrity of the guitar is 100% intact and I have included a picture of the underside of the rop. There is also a finish crack around the neck heel. The original plastic bridge saddle shows some warping; as with any quality vintage instrument, I recommend the new owner take it to their favorite luthier for a custom setup to their specific playing style. However it still plays great as it is. Other than that it just has normal light surface scratches and a couple of minor dimples on the back.
