Used Tweed Recoding Pro 1x12 combo amp by Carl’s Custom Amps. Hand-wired and made in USA. Amazing amp that allows you to have amazing tweed tones. The built London Power Scaling also allows you to enjoy the sounds of a cranked tweed amp similar to the famous Fender Tweed at bedroom level volumes. The amp has an amazing low noise floor. The amp has two inputs for high and normal guitar inputs. The amplifier is able to use multiple types of tubes to power the power amp without need to re bias. Options include 6L6, 6V6 and 5881. Speaker is a 12 inch Jensen Special design. Amp is in immaculate condition, kept in a clean, smoke free environment. The amp was meticulously hand built by Carl’s Custom and is of superior quality parts. Selling because I just don’t have much time to play it anymore. This amp utilizes a limiter to allow tweed tones at very volumes. I will include the original manufacturer recommended settings on how to use it. Thank for your interest.

The Tweed Recording Pro is as classic sounding as it is innovative.  Countless recordings have been made with Tweed amps and they simply sound wonderful.  Gritty, warm, and lively are all good adjectives for the sound.   However even the smaller Tweed amps can be too loud for a small room or long tracking sessions. The Tweed Recording Pro solves this issue because it has on board London Power Scaling allows for power from 10W down to a whisper quiet 1/10W! Now you can have cranked Tweed tones at any volume.  This all done very transparently with no change in tone over most of the volume range. The feature can be fully bypassed when not needed.   The Tweed Recording Pro to has ultra-low floor noise and has practically no hum or hiss making perfect for critical recording or pedal use.  Adding to the tonal variety the amp can use any 6L6 type tube, a 5881s, or 6V6 as power tube so you can tailor the tone.  The amp comes with 12" that speaker gives you wide dynamics, powerful overdrive, plenty of cleans and great fullness to the sound.  It's simply amazing!
