Vintage RARE 1974 Greco SE500B Black Strat Style Electric Guitar Maxon Pickups New Strings Pro Setup New Hard Shell Case

A really cool, hard to find and get, 1974, Made in Japan, Greco Model SE500B in Black, Strat Style, Electric Guitar.. We dated the guitar from our research materials, the Matsumoku Neck Plate, the Three Way Switch and the Pickup dates... See pics 15-18 for pickup dates.. Very RARE Model!!

This guitar was purchased from a Pro Player Finder that has been providing us with many awesome Made in Japan Guitars. Just like this one... The Original Greco Maxon Pickups sound awesome… You have to hear this guitar to understand. In your face presence, and they scream as you would want your Strat to do!... Very cool three way Pickup Selector Switch. Most later models came with a 5 Way... . Not only does it look and sound good, it plays great… The Pro Setup action is nice and low...plenty of room to set it up with your playing preferences..New set of Dr Ducks 9's ready to Rock!!

This guitar is all original including the whammy bar.. The Pickguard is still here. Original Pickups, knobs, Pickguard, nut, and it even the Tuners.…This guitar is just beautiful. Dings and some superficial scratches…as you would expect from a used guitar from the 1970’s…but no real buckle rash on the back... How cool!!

The guitar weighs just under 8 lbs. 7 lbs 7 ozs...the body must be Ash...Its very heavy... The nut measures 1 11/16 inches. The neck is a 25 1/2 inch scale neck. Fretboard Radius is 7.25...Maple neck that is just beautiful. It has play on it ..Makes it looks very cool!

The Original Maxon Single Coil Pickups sound amazing...you have to hear them to believe how strong they are. I have had lots of these MIJ Guitars now and with these pickups, they are just incredible. It has a master volume and two tone pots... It plays and sound great.

Pro setup with new 9's. The action is awesome and the guitar plays like butta...been Professionally used and has years of songs left in it. You will love this guitar...
