This item is barely used and is good for replicating the sounds of doom metal or a good 80's-90's British rock tone. There are many video examples on YouTube demonstrating the sound and capability of this guitar amplifier.
Before I forget this is primarily a single channel hybrid tube amp. A single 12AX7 preamp tube pushes the signal to the solid state power stage. 20 Watt output max. There is a buffered (non-tube) effects loop included in the circuit. Note for beginners - unless you practice silently only - you will also need a speaker cabinet and speaker cable as you normally would with any amp head for basic amp function.
To summarize the best points, the amp boasts a dedicated headphone out jack with speaker cab emulation that allows for silent practice and full speaker tone emulation. It is designed to sound similar to an Orange Crush paired to an Orange Celestion Vintage 30 4x12 cab. The micro dark's tone is a bit more low-mid focused, but this is the closest comparison.
