Pedal is in fair condition and is fully functional. The serial number dates it to October 1995. Missing original back plate but has aluminum replacement
As seen in the pictures this pedal also has a custom paint job. Originally when I received, it was completely spray painted black. I was able to strip most of it off then opted to try a fun paint job.
This pedal has also been modified to run of of BOSS PSA (9v) power supply instead of BOSS ACA (~12v). This was done to use standard 9v power supplies but can easily be undone. The Q6 transistor has also been replaced. See schematic picture for more details.
