I purchased this tele about 3 years ago. It originally came with the black pickguard and singlecoil in the neck. I converted it back to its original form with the firebird pickup but opted to cut a yellow tortoise pickguard from celluloid material. I will include the pickup and black pickguard for those that want that option. Comes with original case and all case candy. I have set this guitar up with a medium action and it plays wonderfully, 10 gauge D'Addarios. There is a chip next to the neck plate, a couple of smaller dings on the body, and some finish checking which is to be expected due to the nitrocellulose coat they put on top. Guitar weighs about 8 pounds on the scale. The current pickguard lifts just a tad near the 6th string, I believe the material has just warped a bit. Hard to let this one go, but need to fund some new purchases.
