Overall, in good condition, although I would say it's in very good condition for its age. Comes with a box. I think the top part is original, however the base part is definitely from a newer pedal (Image 3). The serial number has been lost, so hard to say exactly how early in the original run it was made. However, judging by the label/circuit board, I would guess 1980-1981. It sounds great too.
