1957 Gretsch 6121 Chet Atkins Solid Body in orange finish, the "Western" model with tooled leather sides, embossed conchos, and studded binding. Horseshoe headstock inlay and thumbnail fingerboard inlays. Equipped with twin DeArmond Dynasonic single-coil pickups and Bigsby B3 vibrato tailpiece. Finish shows light surface wear and minor handling marks visible under close inspection. Hardware displays oxidation and tarnish consistent with age, particularly on the vibrato unit and metal components. The instrument shows signs of careful use over time. This guitar was rented for studio use by Justin Timberlake, Melissa Etheridge, and The Wombats.
