I’ve had this guitar for 12 years, and it plays and sounds incredible. Considering it’s over 60 years old, I’d say it’s in excellent condition. The only issue is the two plugs professionally installed when I first purchased the guitar. These plugs were installed were the old Fishman pickup system volume and tone controls used to live. I removed and replaced them with an LR Baggs Anthem system. The plugs are visible in the photos, but they appear more pronounced than they actually are. Inaction I had the original adjustable bridge replace to improve playability. The guitar has been well-maintained by Mike Patton Eclipse Guitar in Denver. This is one of four 60’s Gibsons I own, and they are all truly fantastic and stable instruments. But as you can see by my postings, I need to thin the flock.
