1964 Gibson falcon ga19rvt all tube combo - restored and improved!
Good condition with some light pitting on the steel faceplate chassis. Knobs replaced with chickenheads. Cool plastic Gibson logo removed but included.
Has been recapped with f&t filter caps and circuit improved for better bass response. The sprague tone-sucking capacitor network was removed and a few of the bypass and tone caps increased in value. Beige 3 prong power cable added for safety.
Note speaker is a brand new Electro-Harmonix 12TS8 - not the budget eminence shown in photos.
Has a wonderfully deep full-wet reverb and swampy trem. Tonally it sits between a brownface deluxe and a silvertone to my ears. Similar to fender deluxe but with it’s own vintage vibe. Approx 14 watts with 12 speaker.
All vintage tube set & Comes with a cover and set of 6 6eu7 preamp & 1 6c4 replacement tubes. Enough to last many more decades.
Pickup only on this one - open to delivery within 1 hour of the bay area. Open to trades for a fender vibrochamp or similar small tube combo
