For your consideration is this 2013 Keya Tier 2. This guitar has a monster top and build quality is off the charts. Overall it's in very good condition with only light wear, if any. The pickups are factory David Allen's and sound amazing with plenty of tone and sustain. Playability is excellent with no fret wear.
