BOSS's first noise reduction pedal!

This is the original noise gate that cuts out hum noise and other unwanted sounds that occur when there is no input signal from the guitar (such as when no sound is being played). It features simple operation, adjusting the magnitude of the sound signal that the pedal reacts to with SENS and the decay rate of the original sound with DECAY. The decay time is variable from 100ms to 1.6ms, making it usable with almost all instruments, from guitars to keyboards. This is a 1987 Black Label model.
