Includes S36 pattern box and cable from mic to pattern box (original connector on pattern box has been changed to 5 pin XLR), no manual. AKG achieved the multipattern effect by mounting 2 cardioid capsules opposite each other. Connect only one capsule for a cardioid pattern, connect both for omni, and connect both out of phase to each other for figure 8. Voila!
