Up for sale is a beautiful 1998 Gibson Les Paul Standard Double Cut in a gorgeous Amber Flame Maple Top finish. This guitar has the classic Les Paul power and sustain, but with the comfortable double-cut body design and easier upper-fret access.

It is in fantastic overall condition, especially for a 1998 instrument. There is one ding on the edge of the back and a few minor dents here and there, as shown in the photos, but nothing that affects playability or tone. The flame maple top looks excellent and has a beautiful vintage amber glow.

The neck has a comfortable slim 60s-style profile, making it very fast and easy to play. It has a great feel in the hands, excellent balance, and a very nice weight at only 7 lbs 1 oz.

This guitar sounds outstanding — clear, warm, resonant, and powerful, with the kind of tone you expect from a real Gibson USA Les Paul. It plays beautifully and would make a great stage, studio, or collection piece.

Includes the original Gibson hard case with plush interior.
