A killer collaboration between Fender, and the iconic Chrissie Hynde!
Fronting The Pretenders since 1979, Chrissie Hynde has driven the band to success with a Tele in hand. This particular example, dating to 2021, was manufactured in Mexico and features a road worn, nitrocellulose lacquer finish in 'ice blue metallic'. An alder body is present, as is a bolt-on maple neck with rosewood fretboard. Composed of a mid '60s 'C' shape neck and 7.25" fretboard radius, this example oozes vintage charm. A 6-saddle bridge is present as is the addition of Vintage-Style '50s Telecaster pickups, and factory locking tuners. A great Telecaster that feels played in, and with plenty of visual and tonal charm!
Cosmetic condition appears to be very good, although is hard to judge due to the relicing process. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes the original hardcase.
