Frets polished, fretboard conditioned, and freshly setup with new 9-42 Ernie Ball strings tuned to E standard. All hardware and electronics function normally. Includes a beat-up Schecter case. It's ugly, but it works.
The Schecter Stealth C-1 FR in Satin Silver was produced from 2014 to 2016. This model is part of the Schecter Stealth series introduced in early 2014, featuring a Floyd Rose (FR) tremolo system, set-neck construction with Ultra Access, and Schecter Diamond SuperRock-II pickups.
It was manufactured in South Korea and is now discontinued, making it a sought-after model among collectors and players looking for a versatile, well-built guitar with a modern edge and simplified controls.
This was one of only a few Satin Silver models made and the only Stealth available on Reverb at the time this listing was posted.
The Schecter Stealth C-1 FR in Satin Silver is considered rare because:
- It was discontinued after its production run from 2014 to 2016.
- The entire Stealth series, including the FR model, is no longer in production.
- Its limited availability and unique combination of features (set-neck, Floyd Rose, SuperRock-II pickups) make it a desirable collectible.
- Online communities (like Reddit) and marketplaces (Reverb, eBay) frequently describe the C-1 Stealth models as "rare finds" due to their discontinued status.
While not the rarest Schecter ever made, its scarcity on the used market and growing reputation contribute to its increased desirability and value among players and collectors.
The Stealth series takes after its older brethren from the Hellraiser and Blackjack series. For 2014, Stealth series lineup was populated with five models, and C-1 FR is one of them. This six-stringer comes with a solid, double-cut (C-1) body with a carved top, set-neck with an ultra access cutaway, 24-fret fingerboard, and Schecter hardware and pickups. The body and neck are mahogany, while the fretboard is rosewood. On top of the silver-clad body, there sits a Floyd Rose bridge. Schecter installs a pair of their own Super Rock II humbuckers.
The Schecter Super Rock II is a high-output humbucker pickup famous for its large Alnico-V pole pieces and distinctive structure where the magnets are positioned around the coil bobbin rather than directly under the pole pieces. Originally developed in the late 1970s for Pete Townshend of The Who, these pickups are designed to deliver an aggressive midrange growl and powerful punch without tonal harshness.
Controls include a simple master volume, master tone (with push/pull coil splitting), and a three-way toggle switch. Mahogany neck rocks the classic thin C contour in the back. Rosewood fretboard features extra jumbo frets with offset dot inlays, 1.653" wide nut, and the standard 14" radius. Schecter tuners complete the specs list. The MSRP for this model is set at $799.
