1999 Fender Stratocaster Classic 50's series with many upgrades. I bought her new from Sam Ash in 2000, and have been playing this guitar for so many hours I couldn't count if I had to. Even stock she played great, but was just missing the sparkle and twang with the stock pups. Ive put a few other Pups ( Seymours, Bare Knuckle) in her over the years, but these in her now are the coolest I've found yet. They are noticeably louder and pronounced than anything I've put in her, but do sound like 63's. To me they are kind of like putting a stock fender pup through a compressor pedal. Its just sweet. She has road worn appearance and has many ding, scratches, worn through finish. This doesn't affect the performance of this instrument at all. It just screams don't worry about scratching me, just play the crap outa me.

Fender really did a great job with this series, and are sought after.

She has a full, soft V carved factory neck. Very nice and comfortable in your hand. Fret board wear is present and frets are worn a bit, but have plenty of life left.

I will list all the upgrades below. Low action, no breaks. or issues, a real REAL workhorse with plenty of life left. Comes with a Fender hardshell case thats seen a few bars. Weight @ around 7lbs

Pickups are MIE 1963 Pre-CBS Black Bobbin Averages: Alnico 5 ,187 diameter magnets, Vintage 42 awg Heavy Gauge Formvar wire. NECK: 6.10k 2.46h, Middle: 6.20k 2.52h, Bridge: 6.23k 2.52h.
