This is an Alvarez 5237 made sometime after 1990. These were made in the 80s and 90s. Known for being a very solid, very nice sounding intermediate acoustic. Very few nicks and no checking. A real shiny, good looking instrument. Set up to play well right now. Comes with a chipboard case. Prefer to sell locally, but will ship.
