Boss DSD-3 Digital Sampler/Delay, Made in Japan, in clean cosmetic condition and fully working. The serial number is worn off, most likely from repeated battery changes over the years—quite common on these.

The DSD-3 shares the same early long-chip 12-bit architecture found in the DD-2 and early DD-3, giving it that slightly softer, more organic repeat character compared to later digital delays. It can cover standard delay duties easily, but also adds the short sampling/hold function, which opens up more experimental textures and looping-style effects.

It sits somewhere between a straight delay and a creative tool—simple to use, but with more range than it first appears.
