Up for grabs we have here for sale is a bit of a mystery to me. Here is what I believe, this is a prototype electric guitar neck made for Kramer by ESP for the Floyd Rose signature line from the mid 1980s. It was obviously apparent to me based off of the beautiful quarter sawn maple neck that you really only see ESP do from that time period.
I have owned many of these guitars and I can tell you that this is 100% the real deal. Feels absolutely perfect in my hands. Serial number looks to be accurate along with the measurements and the screw holes placements. Why it doesn’t have any branded or logo? I really am not sure about that.
Photos shows any type of wear and tear that I have seen. Truss rod has been checked and turns without issues. I used a fret rocker and wasn’t able to see any inconsistencies in the fret work. Specs are as following.
