The Sterling by Music Man Rabea Massaad Artist Series Sabre is built for players who demand versatility, precision, and bold tone in a high-performance 6-string. Designed in collaboration with Rabea Massaad, this model blends modern craftsmanship with a distinctive aesthetic and a wide tonal range suited for everything from ambient cleans to aggressive, high-gain playing.

The lightweight nyatoh body is topped with a striking flame maple veneer, offering a balanced and articulate voice with plenty of visual appeal. A slightly modified Sabre body shape features a recessed lower horn, giving you easier access to the upper frets for lead work and technical playing. The roasted maple neck is carved for comfort, starting with a fuller feel near the nut and smoothing out as you move up the ebony fingerboard, which is equipped with durable frets built for long-term performance.

Electronics include a pair of Sterling by Music Man–designed humbuckers paired with a 5-way selector switch and coil-splitting capability in positions one and five. This setup delivers a wide tonal palette, ranging from clear, detailed cleans to tight, aggressive distortion, while maintaining clarity across complex chords and fast passages.

Hardware is built with reliability in mind, featuring a vintage-style tremolo bridge for expressive playing and locking tuners that make string changes quick and keep tuning stable under heavy use. Altogether, this instrument is designed to keep up with demanding playing styles while offering the flexibility to explore a wide range of musical genres.
