Vintage Buffet Crampon Bb clarinet, serial 30380, dating to approximately 1939–1941 (pre-R13 production).
This is an early professional Buffet made from seasoned grenadilla wood, with the darker, more complex tonal character often associated with pre-war instruments.
Condition
- Structurally solid vintage instrument
- Keywork shows age-appropriate wear and patina
- Pads and corks are used and may need replacement depending on preference
- Joints fit well
- No visible cracks noted
- Currently playable and produces sound

- Clarinet body (upper & lower joints), barrel and bell
- Case (exterior is worn but sturdy, interior lining is loose and could benefit from some wood glue on the wood connectors to the case)
