This violin is a copy of Antonio Stradivarius as labeled inside. I believe it to be made in Germany in the early 1920s. After WWI, people with violins that were made in Germany scratched out the word Germany because of ethnic reasons. See the partial label in the photos. This violin has the original finish with a close grained spruce top and a two-piece maple back and ribs. It is professionally set up with steel strings and has a warm resonant sound. This violin comes foam packed in a student quality case with bow, rosin and cleaning cloth.
If you would like to hear it played, message me your cell number and I'll text a short video.
This violin has been stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
