According to the serial number this guitar was made in 2002 at the world Factory in Korea. According to all my research, Dean Michael Schenker V guitars were not officially issued until 2004-2005. That being said, it appears this guitar was a custom run, prototype type or some early version of the Michael Schenker model. To me it appears this was Deans version of the original Gibson models but featuring Dean‘s trademark headstock, and strings thru body design. This guitar also has the earlier neck style of the 1979 and earlier Deans with no heel at the headstock. With that being said, this is an early very rare high quality version. I will continue to research as I do not want to mis- represent what I have up for sale. Comes with IHSC complete with Dean Logo. Feel free to ask any questions.
Guitar is in great shape for its age and only has a few beauty marks but nothing extreme or that noticeable. All hardware and pickups original to this model. I have not taken guitar apart.
