For sale is a freshly serviced Airline 62-9012A tube guitar amp made by or for Montgomery Ward. This has a similar simple circuit to a tweed Champ! This amp I believe had some recapping, got an upgraded Jensen Mod Alnico 6” speaker, a replacement Hammond branded transformer. It’s missing the back wooden panel. Has a two prong power cable on it. Amp sounds pretty great! Mostly clean but gets to a nice controlled breakup at about 3/4ths of the way up. Very light! Cool little amp.
