Circa late 1970’s - 1981 Sam Koontz custom solid body guitar. Believe me…you’d be the only one on your block with one of these. On board effects are powered by FOUR 9 volt batteries. Slab mahogany body with one piece Birds Eye maple neck and Koontz’s cool scroll headstock. Ebony board. Master volume with 3 position switch . Piezo pickup on the bridge. Grover tuners. I just played it and it is wild. The key to this, imho. Is the master volume control. Then you can fool around with the switches and knobs to get a clean sound or multiple effects. I bought this from a Koontz collector’s estate. I don’t have a manual for it so you’re going to want to experiment with it. I just put 4 batteries in it and it produced some monster sounds. For the estate catalogue description, see below. From the Howard Krive collection.Cool as hell. USA lower 48 states only. No returns. Original case included Thank you.
