2011 Fender Made in Japan Pawn Shop '51 Blonde, Telecaster Stratocaster Hybrid

Here for your consideration is a 2011 Fender Pawn Shop '51 Telecaster/Stratocaster hybrid in blonde gloss with black guard. The only cosmetic flaw that I can find is a minor scratch on the neck backplate. This example is near mint condition and doesn't show any signs of play. This guitar is set up with D'Addario NYXL 10-46, and plays like butter. Setups are personal, however you'll find this playable with delicious tonal options as is. This guitar comes with its original gig bag which has sticky zippers getting caught on interior material, but still functions and has done it's job since 2011. As far as shipping, it will be securely packed with care, as well as double boxed and insured when shipped.

Side note: This is a tough one to let go as I had modification ideas, and I'm selling to fund another musical interest. I originally had a wild idea of making a Super Strat from this; humbucker only at the bridge, no neck pickup, CTS volume with treble bleed, CTS tone control while utilizing existing hardware parts, and a Floyd Rose trem system. If this goes unsold, and I get through my other projects, I’ll end this listing and modify it. For now, it’s packed up securely and ready to ship out.
