If you want something different and you want to put the fun back in your music again, you can't get many better guitars for the money, if any perhaps. Reverend did well by Reeves Gabrels with this one..Since I've always been a Telecaster Deluxe HH lover, I love how this has a Telecaster-type look. I call it a "hybrid Telecaster look". This guitar cost me $1,500 bucks new. It just oozes and drips of tones ..Push Pull knobs, patented bass contour knob, All Wilkinson Hardware, Pure-Tone input jack, all top notch stuff. The modern Wilkinson tremolo is some of the best hardware in my opinion. It's more stable than a 747.. stays in tune no matter how far you bend them. Wilkinson locking tuners are on it too. You'll never have a problem with these tuners.

Fenders are a one-trick pony imo. They are great guitars but they aren't these reverends. Reverends with Rail Hammer pickups are unique, and can get filthy with Hard Rock...this Gabrels guitar is enough to get you through any gig. It's literally like 3 guitars in one. A TELLY, a les Paul, and a strat. You can get Gretsch type tones out of it too, like a fender and a Gretsch had a baby, lol, depending on how you dial it in with your gear. It's because of the signature Gabriel's pickups mixed with the Wilkinson. You can do dive bombs with these tremolos without going out of tune at all. It's not a two-way like a Floyd Rose but you can definitely go up or down in octaves and add many layers, and nuances to your music.

A sick and filthy guitar. You won't find one in satin black. I jumped right on this one as soon as I realized it wasn't a transparent gloss black, because I know how difficult it is to find one. If you're not familiar with these guitars you're in for a real treat. Totally gritty with any good overdrive pedal..and the cleans are very clean, articulate and virtually perfect in my view. Comes with Reverend teardrop hard case.. I paid $249 for the case. Ggorgeous guitar IMO.

As soon as I saw this guitar and the finish, I purchased it. I love it. I've never seen a black satin one before, ive only seen the black transparent gloss versions. The only single reason why I'm selling it is because of taxes. Otherwise I wouldn't ever sell it.

Everything on this guitar is black, including the body, black matching headstock, black ebony board. It looks so classy. I love telecasters and this is like a Telecaster hybrid so it's great, that's what originally attracted me to these guitars. Reverend gives you a lot more for your money than most others. This thing is loaded with features you don't get on most guitars. I believe this will be a collectors item one day. Certain Reverend Guitars are going to be collectible and I think this is one of them. They've been making these for over 10 years. These aren't "Fly by Night" signatures. If a company goes on a 10-year+ run with a signature guitar, it's a great sign that it's an AWESOME, popular guitar. These guitars sustain is truly insane.
