This guitar has been kept in excellent condition with very small signs of use. It has nice low action with no signs of fret use at all and has a very nice tone! This guitar was made at the end of 2024 and has all of the new Martin 2025 Refreshed Standard Series specifications. We have a note from Martin stating that it has all the 2025 specifications and was a pre-build of the 2025 Refreshed Standard Series D18. This guitar has some very small signs of use such as some small scratches and a couple of extremely small indentions. These are just cosmetic, hard to see, and don’t affect how it plays.
