Beat the blues (or play them!) with this delightful vintage Roy Smeck soprano ukulele from the 1950s. This instrument is is good condition overall considering its age; a repaired hole in its side and a slight seam separation (see pictures) are the only issues we can find. The uke appears to be constructed of solid wood; the sound is sweet, the friction tuners seem to hold their own, the plastic frets show plenty of life left in them, and it just needs a new home to spread the joy of uke-ness far and wide.

And did we mention it comes with an official Roy Smeck UKULELE FUN BOOK? Yes, you can have your very own "pocketfull of unrivaled song hits!" The book shows a fair amount of wear (again, we're talking about 75 years worth of fun). There's a 1" or so hole in the front cover and some pencil markings on the first page (see pictures), with appropriate creases, bends, etc. I've got 'em too, and I'm only 65.

The ukulele and book will be carefully packed and shipped to its new home in the continental US.
